This Plan includes the basic boxing routine that every boxer at every level has followed. Boxing is about repetition and being consistent. Stay motivated and keep up the great work! Every day a fighter should have a plan. No Plan means No Direction, and without Direction, you will be lost. This plan is only for members who have access to a Boxing Gym and Equipment.
