PLEASE READ! Have you ever been in a boxing gym and had no idea of what to do or what plan to follow? This routine is for you. This Plan includes the basic boxing routine that every boxer at every level has followed. Boxing is about repetition and being consistent. Stay motivated and keep up the great work! Every day a fighter should have a plan. No Plan means No Direction, and without Direction, you will be lost. This plan is only for members who have access to a Boxing Gym and Equipment. LEVELS: Intermediate to Advanced REQUIREMENTS: - Boxing Gym - Boxing Gloves - Heavy Bags - Double End Bags - Speed Bags Although you CAN shadowbox MOST of these workouts, It is recommended that you sign up to a boxing gym or Purchase the necessary equipment for this Plan.
